Therapy can feel scary, for countless reasons. The guilt you felt and remember quite vividly is a definite sign of needing therapy. Nonetheless, deciding to do it is within the complete freedom of an individual.
I would like to say, though, that I’m currently one year into therapy.
And I’ve learned, like a child learns, what South is, what North is and (most importantly) that “Here” is a constantly moving spot my mind has the ability to (now) define clearly and live in it.
